Lunar New Year Fair 2012
Lunar New Year Fair (年宵市場) or Flowermarket (花市) is a type of fair held annually a few days before Lunar New Year (Chinese New Year). It is one of the important functions before Chinese New Year.

In Hong Kong, the fair is held in various districts, notably Victoria Park and Fa Hui Park. The one in Victoria Park is the largest of its kind. 
The fair gathers hundreds of stalls selling different types of goods, namely wet goods and dry goods.
Some sell auspicious flowering plants like narcissus, peony, chrysanthemum, peach and fruit plants like mandarin.
