The former Shuen Wan Temple, located at Tung Tsz (洞梓) in Tai Po (大埔), was built in Qing Dynasty, more than 300 years ago. It was damaged by a typhoon in 1936. Until 2002, villagers raised fund and re-built the temple. The total expenditure was HK$8 Millions. It took about ten years for the complete construction of three temples.

Old Wan Chai Police Station (舊灣仔警署), also known as No. 2 Police Station, is located at No. 123 Gloucester Road (告士打道) in Wan Chai. It was originally a construction at the shore, facing directly Victoria Harbour. Because of urban development
and large scale land reclamation in front of the station, it becomes an inland construction.

Having checked the internet, there are in fact several Tai Wong Ye Temples (大王爺廟) in Hong Kong. They include the ones in Wan Chai (灣仔), Tai Po (大埔), Stanley (赤柱) and Wong Chuk Hang (黃竹坑). This Tai Wong Ye Temple is located at Nam Long Shan Road in Wong Chuk Hang (南朗山道) and next to the Nam Long Shan Cooked Food Centre (南朗山道熟食市場).

Tai Po Fu Shin Street Market (大埔富善街街市) is a traditional market in Hong Kong, where shops / sellers are found on both sides of the street. It is an open market and located at Tai Po Hui (
大埔墟). It had its glorious period, particularly in East New Territories in the past because it is very close to Old Tai Po Railway Station (舊大埔墟火車站). The street - Fu Shin Street was named in 1930. The whole length of this street is 130 meters.

Sham Shui Po Tin Hau Temple (深水埗天后廟) is located at the junction of Kweilin Street (桂林街) and Yee Kuk Street (醫局街) in Kowloon. It occupies a large piece of land in Sham Shui Po. The main chamber is also very large in size. The location of most Tin Hau Temple was near the waterfront. This was also applied to Sham Shui Po Tin Hau Temple. This temple was constructed in 1901. Also because of urban development, it is now in the middle of a concrete jungle. The temple is symmetrical, with side halls on both sides.

Tam Kung Tin Hau Temple Happy Valley (跑馬地譚公天后廟) is located at the junction of Blue Pool Road (
藍塘道) and Ventris Road (雲地利道). Originally Tam Kung Temple was on a slope next to the Hong Kong Sanatorium and Hospital (養和醫院). Because of urban development, it was moved to the present address in 1901. At the back of Tam Kung Temple, there is a Tin Hau Temple (天后廟).

This is the only Tin Hau Temple located at Tin Hau Temple Road in Tin Hau of Hong Kong Island. All other Tin Hau Temples are not located at Tin Hau Temple Road. Construction of this Tin Hau Temple dates back to 1747 (the date of the temple bell).
