Shun Hing Restaurant (信興酒樓)
has more than 70 years history in Hong Kong, it was established in 1936 (that means it is now 77 years old). It is now managed by the third generation. Last renovation was in the 80s. It is located at  95A&B, Kweilin Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon (九龍深水埗桂林街 95A-B地舖, Tel: 23868946).

It should be one of the oldest Chinese restaurants in the district. Quite a lot of staff in Shun Hing have been working for more than forty or fifty years. Its patrons have also been dining in Shun Hing for the same period, they are definitely loyal customers.

One of the reasons for maintaining Shun Hing is its quality Chinese tea. It is said that its Pu'er tea is stored in warehouse for 8-9 years before it is served. Its dim sums should also be delicious and freshly steamed in the past. But now its dim sums are only very average.

The last renovation was in the 80s. But the outlook is still in very good condition.

The Chinese Pavilion outlook of Shun Hing is very prominent in Kweilin Street, because of this red and green colours.

It is not easy to find a similar one in Hong Kong.

This is a restaurant welcomed by the locals and elderly.
