Fried Beancurd (煎豆腐)
There
is a thin layer of minced fish meat on the top. They are professional
to pan-fry tofu with such enticing colour. It enhances appetite a lot.
It is a delicious snack.

Left: Beancurd Pudding (豆腐花)
Small
amount of sweet soup has been added. In fact, there is no need to add
extra granulated sugar, for health sake and savoring the original
flavour of beancurd pudding.
Right: Soy Bean Milk (豆漿)
It is quite concentrated and rich in yellow bean flavour too. It is definitely not that diluted one.

Liu Tung Hop should have about fifty years history in Mongkok. Please note the green wall tiles. The colour speaks for itself.
