Hong Kong Railway Museum (香港鐵路博物館), opened in 1985, is in Tai Po
of the New Territories. It was in fact the Old Tai Po Market Railway
Station, constructed in 1913. In 1984, it was declared a momument. It is
opened to the public at free.

Hong Kong Railway Museum is not far away from MTR Tai Po Market Station
of the East Rail Line. It is about 15 minutes by walk. It is wise to
spend one to two hours to visit this railway museum to learn more or
retrospect. But please note that the closing time is 18:00.
